How Do I Get To Moorwatch Tower Vista? [Solved]
There is a vista on top of the tower which can be reached via Mad Mardine’s cattlepult or Skyscale. When using the Skyscale to ascend the tower, upon dismounting you will be knocked down momentarily as if you had used the cattlepult.
